Mill Race Park

At Mill Race Park you can play on the play ground. You can play basketball. You can run on the people trail. You can walk through the woods. You can paddle on paddle boats.
There are a lot of enjoyable things you can do at the park. There is a park, an amphitheater and a covered bridge, an observation tower, and some exercise equipment to exercise. Events at Mill Race Park: Races, hospice concert, Iron pour, festivals, concerts. It doesn’t cost money to go there. Mill Race Park is located in Columbus IN. You can fish in the river or pond. Mill Race Park used to be flooded. One day a man came and bought it and made it into a park. Mill Race Park is designed by Michael Van Valkenburgh; the park is composed of 83 acres, and the observation tower that stands 84 feet tall.
Visitor enjoys having picnics in the park, fishing, and playing basketball on the nearby courts. The people trail, a paved walking and bike riding path, threads through Columbus for 12 miles, and part of the trail runs through the park. Mill Race Park celebrates holidays.
Each Labor Day weekend, the Hospice of South Central Indiana sponsors a concert at Mill Race Park. Plus they also can play Movies.
